Today I interview a truly great and talented Graphic Designer and Digital Artist who has been featured in many publications both for his artwork and tutorials. To be quite honest he is one of my personal heroes in the creative industry and possibly one of the most talented Digital Illustrators I have seen! Many of you will be familiar with his work! He is UK Digital Artist David Cousens of Cool Surface!

Richard Turgeon is an amazing Digital Artist whose work is well known int he deviant art community as well as over at Photoshop Creative. Richard aka Ricky, is an active participant in many of the contest over at deviant art, and it is not a wonder considering the amazing quality of his work!

In keeping with #typographytuesday I have featured a Graphic Designer who excels at the art of typography! Mr Graphics Guy of Deviant Art whom had much of his work showcased in my article 30 Examples of TypographyDesign is a master of typographic design and a great source of inspiration in the Deviant Art Community.

There are far too many amazing artist out there to count, but in my largest collection to date I’ve brought you as many of them as I can. The work of many of these artist are too amazing for words! Adamn Cairns is a 14 Digital Artist out of the UK and has been one of the hugest supports of this blog! Adam is one of the more talented young artist I’ve seen in the online community, and someone I believe has a promising future. His excellent photo manipulation work is quite impressive.

For sometime now I’ve been working on a project I haven’t told many people about, but finally it’s time to let out the secret, if you read the headline of this post then you have probably guessed it, I will be publishing my first Art Book in the first quarter of 2010!

Today I feature the work of a very talented freelanced designer based out of Indonesia, Whytmonkz of Deviant Art. When I first saw his work I was completely blown away by it. What he is capable of doing with photo manipulation in top notch!

Usually I develop articles to help designers and other creatives, but today I’m going to write something that will help both designers and clients. For designers this will allow you to understand that you are not alone in wishing that circumstances in your client relationships were better and possibly give you an idea as to how to communicate to your client or employer the changes you wish to occur in your relationship with them.

Typography is one of the most powerful skills in a graphic designers arsenal. The power of words to create, destroy, inspire, move us to action, or stop us dead in our tracks should never be underestimated or taken for granted.Today’s showcase features more than 30 Examples of fresh eye catching typography designs from various designers.

I woke up today to find that I had the honor of being featured in an article by @KarenMcDade on Minervity.com. This is a real treat with me since I was put along side my own personal heroes like David Cousens and BrandNu! I can’t tell you how blown away I was by that when I saw it. Ultimately the article is to introduce the community to underexposed designers that use twitter and offer something of value to the design community by doing it, which was a great idea that I fully support.

I put together a small video, generally for video editing I use Adobe Premier Elements, but I’ve found that for small presentations for your graphic design work you can in fact get away with putting these together in a few short minutes in Windows Movie Maker and that you can in fact export them in HD Quality!

I really do love the Helvetica font-face and I just wanted to share some of the typographic artwork it has inspired me to create.

Today’s Featured Artist is someone I have been watching on Deviant Art for quite a while. His work is nothing less than stellar, captivating, and inspiring. I’m actually surprised he doesn’t have tens of thousands of views to his Deviant Art page because as you will see his work is just that good! His name is Rodney Hart and he is a Graphic Designer based out of the UK.

Its obvious when you first look at this image that it was inspired by none other than the Jabbawockeez, the Season 1 Champions of America’s Best Dance Crew, who also stared in the movie Step Up 2 The Streets, who have taken the nation by storm.

This is just quick little guide of some ways you can tweet responsibly and keep your readers from Unfollowing you and encourage more people to follow you. Who knows maybe you’ll even be a leader on twitter one day!
