Its just another Music Monday. I haven’t done one in a while and for that I sincerely apologize. Everything has just taken a back seat to working on my book ARTFUL MANIPULATIONS lately, which I’m happy to say is nearly done.Today’s Music Monday Inspirational image is one that I’m really proud of!

Today’s featured artist has some truly amazing work, particularly some prints available through deviantart.com. Alexiuss is an amazing digital artist based out of Canada with a fantastic array of dark artwork. In fact I have to honestly say this represents some of the best dark artwork I’ve seen in the deviantart community.

At the end of last year 3 pieces of my artwork were featured in Photoshop Creative Magazine Issue 54 along with several other digital artist. In this article I talk about that experience and how it effected me.

Today’s artist that I’ve feature has some work that simply blew me away when I saw it. Her work managed to find its way into my favorites collection fairly quickly. She is 27 year old Turkish Graphic Designer Asli Yeniay Kizilay, and her work is just amazing.

This is my latest freebie in honor of #typographytuesday. I have to say I really enjoyed working on this one, I haven’t done a lot with 3D type in the past and this was a real challenge in combining my skills with both Illustrator and Photoshop.

Binary Angel is one of my newest photo-manipulations, though it differs from most in the fact that I decided to combine a large number of vector graphics in this piece.

Many of you have probably seen the Intuit.com commercial by now. Most of you who follow my blog regularly are savvy web users and understand the problem with a commercial like this. For those of you who are not savvy web users, you probably have seen this commercial and now believe you can have a great online websites that will attract thousands of people from the internet and provide you with new leads or online sales. This creates the dreaded “Build It, and They Will Come” mentality.

Keeping the Faith is one of my newer photo manipulation projects and a chance to show off some refinement to my techniques. In some ways its is similar to my much earlier work “Cloud Chaser”.

Energetic was a photo manipulation inspired by the song “Energetic” by BOA. It is a high impact club song with a great beat and energy to it and was able to inspired some of my best work. This image has also become one of my most popular photo manipulations on DeviantArt.

I’ve learned something very interesting from some of my “List” Articles over the past few weeks. As rule I usually use list to showcase the work of others in the online Creative Community, and to generate great conversations and build new relationships, as well as attract new viewers. However there are some very unique pros and cons to these types of blog post.
