This is my latest freebie in honor of #typographytuesday. I have to say I really enjoyed working on this one, I haven’t done a lot with 3D type in the past and this was a real challenge in combining my skills with both Illustrator and Photoshop.

Binary Angel is one of my newest photo-manipulations, though it differs from most in the fact that I decided to combine a large number of vector graphics in this piece.

Self Promotion is an important part of any successful career. Surprisingly enough it is something that very few people completely understand how to take advantage of. This is a short list of some tips and tricks you can use to boost your career.

Many of you have probably seen the Intuit.com commercial by now. Most of you who follow my blog regularly are savvy web users and understand the problem with a commercial like this. For those of you who are not savvy web users, you probably have seen this commercial and now believe you can have a great online websites that will attract thousands of people from the internet and provide you with new leads or online sales. This creates the dreaded “Build It, and They Will Come” mentality.

Keeping the Faith is one of my newer photo manipulation projects and a chance to show off some refinement to my techniques. In some ways its is similar to my much earlier work “Cloud Chaser”.

Energetic was a photo manipulation inspired by the song “Energetic” by BOA. It is a high impact club song with a great beat and energy to it and was able to inspired some of my best work. This image has also become one of my most popular photo manipulations on DeviantArt.

In keeping with my new tradition of participating in twitter #musicmonday I’ve designed a new piece of Music Monday digital artwork . I’ve also posted my inspiration playlist for this week!

I’ve learned something very interesting from some of my “List” Articles over the past few weeks. As rule I usually use list to showcase the work of others in the online Creative Community, and to generate great conversations and build new relationships, as well as attract new viewers. However there are some very unique pros and cons to these types of blog post.

In this video I cover a lot of questions that new/young Designers and Digital Artist have asked me, but also address things that are relevant to any designer or artist looking to get more work or recognition.

Today I interview a truly great and talented Graphic Designer and Digital Artist who has been featured in many publications both for his artwork and tutorials. To be quite honest he is one of my personal heroes in the creative industry and possibly one of the most talented Digital Illustrators I have seen! Many of you will be familiar with his work! He is UK Digital Artist David Cousens of Cool Surface!

Richard Turgeon is an amazing Digital Artist whose work is well known int he deviant art community as well as over at Photoshop Creative. Richard aka Ricky, is an active participant in many of the contest over at deviant art, and it is not a wonder considering the amazing quality of his work!

In keeping with #typographytuesday I have featured a Graphic Designer who excels at the art of typography! Mr Graphics Guy of Deviant Art whom had much of his work showcased in my article 30 Examples of TypographyDesign is a master of typographic design and a great source of inspiration in the Deviant Art Community.

There are far too many amazing artist out there to count, but in my largest collection to date I’ve brought you as many of them as I can. The work of many of these artist are too amazing for words! Enjoy this collection of over 60 Pieces of Fantastic Digital Artwork, produced by Digital Artist from all over the world!

Adamn Cairns is a 14 Digital Artist out of the UK and has been one of the hugest supports of this blog! Adam is one of the more talented young artist I’ve seen in the online community, and someone I believe has a promising future. His excellent photo manipulation work is quite impressive.

For sometime now I’ve been working on a project I haven’t told many people about, but finally it’s time to let out the secret, if you read the headline of this post then you have probably guessed it, I will be publishing my first Art Book in the first quarter of 2010!
