Google SEO and Page Rank Reveal
Here it is, a simple and straight-forward set of answers about Google search engine optimization and Page Rank. In this article I will explain methods for qualifying for a better Google Page Rank and Search Engine Position.
“Google PageRank relies on the uniquely democratic nature of the web by using its vast link structure as an indicator of an individual page’s value. In essence, Google interprets a link from page A to page B as a vote, by page A, for page B. But, Google looks at more than the sheer volume of votes, or links a page receives; it also analyzes the page that casts the vote. Votes cast by pages that are themselves important weigh more heavily and help to make other pages important.” – From Google
Now we’ve all seen that Google Page Rank is given preference in Google search engine results (*SERP). Google Page Rank is determined mostly by the following: number of links, page rank/value of those links, traffic, value of traffic.
Google Search Engine results seem to be broken up by a combination of On Site SEO, Off Site SEO, and Google Page Rank, the break up percentage wise is most likely 20/40/40. Which means that if you or your SEO is only concentrating on factors that effect On Site SEO, such as meta-data and content, you simply aren’t doing enough to get long term results.
Ultimately you still need to cover all these On Site Factors as they will help you by enhancing the user experience of your web site. However addressing on Off Site SEO factors such as domain stability, IP address, directory listings, and number of pages Google has indexed of your website.
To optimize your website for Google Page Rank and SERP follow this Check List:
Keyword Optimization: use Google Trends or Google Insights, to find keywords with a high search volume to use within your web page tiles, descriptions, and keyword meta-tags. You could also analyze the meta tags of your top competitors.
Use Header Tags: Use header tags and bold for proper page structure and to emphasize important content and help signal to the search engines, what the web page is about.
Use ALT and Title Tags on Images: Images enhance a website from a user’s perspective. The problem is that search engine crawlers cannot really “see” images, but if you have images that contain textual content within the image itself, this content will not be seen by the crawlers. By using ALT and Title tags you can let the search engine understand what the image is, or what it means.
Domain Info: This applies to the age of your domain. Most experts agree that you should register your domain for a long time, because search engines factor in domain “stability” when looking at the pages of your web site. Domain age factors you should look at are the age of your domain and when it expires. When you register your domain, register it at least for the next 5 years, if you have already registered your domain contact your registry about this.
Pages Indexed by Google: The Google web crawler will visit the website on occasion and look for new content for its index. Generally, the more pages your site has indexed within the Google cache, the better. Creating a sitemap document and submitting it to Google through Google Webmaster tools is your best bet.
Generating Links to Your Website: One of the most important measures for a website is how many other sites are linking to it. The more links to the site the more valuable it is. Having links to your website from authoritative resources helps you rank higher in search engines since these links are an indication that your website is trustworthy and contains quality content. One of the best ways of generating links for your website is to get a linked by blogs and social media websites.
Directory Listings: Getting listed in directories such as DMOZ and Yahoo are the fastest and most reliable way to have your site validated by a authoritative resource, as well as giving it a better chance of being frequently crawled and indexed.

I wanted to ask something that i really created a lot of back links for my website, but the page rank is still not improving, is there any other specific way?
Nice post,
“Now we’ve all seen that Google Page Rank is given preference in Google search engine results (*SERP).”
Hmm .. are we sure about this?
I’ve seen many instances where a low ranking site (low Google Page Rank) is positioned higher with in the SERPs.

@Matt There are definitely exceptions, but I’ve seen this to be the case more often than not, but you are correct that there are indeed many instances were this is not the case, usually because although the page does not “currently” have a higher page rank, the evaluation criteria indicate that it may in the future or should if page rank was real time.
Page Rank is also not in real time, so you will have to wait as much as 90 days or perhaps longer to see gain from your efforts, sometimes less depending on the frequency with which google visits your site.

Good info on SEO.
Doesn’t the way the site is linked just as important as the site that is linking to yours? The wording of the link seems to play an important role. So, for example, just having a link to our site for example: http://www.eplusm.com is not as important as the link: Internet
Marketing by ePlus Marketing with the words “internet marketing” being key if I’m trying to get ranked on that keyword or phrase.
Also, the age of the domain name seems to have some importance as well.
